1. Healthy Diet

People who eat more fruits and veggies and lessen their milk and sugar intake, get lesser acne automatically. A handful of wall nuts every day will help arresting skin inflammation as it contains anti-inflammatory agents like omega-3 fatty acids. Remember that omega-3 fatty acids are available in fish, mainly sardine, salmon and herring, flaxseeds and leafy greens and it is better to take it raw wherever possible as oxygen damages the acids.

2. Drinking Extra Water

Drinking plenty of water helps to control the acne and prevents it from spreading. Water helps to flush out the toxins that cause the acne breakout. You must also follow a strict diet. Avoid eating foods that are high in fats and oils; fried foods and fast foods must be avoided completely. In addition to this you must also eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. If your body craves for sugar then avoid eating chocolates and sweets; eat a fruit instead of any sweet that is made with refined sugar.

3. Garlic Juice

Garlic contains antibiotics, which kills acne creating bacteria. Take a garlic clove and peel off the skin. Crush the peeled clove and place it on the acne affected area. It heals the area quite fast. Apart from using crushed garlic, you may also squeeze the juice out and apply it on your skin.

4. Lemon Juice

Lemon works as natural astringent to chest acne. Apply a mixture of equal quantities of lemon juice and rose water on the chest using a cotton ball. Leave for at least 30 minutes and then rinse. You may also apply lemon juice directly on back acnes. Alternatively, make a paste of 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder. Apply it on the affected area and leave for an hour. Then rinse with cold water.

5. Honey and Cinnamon

Honey and cinnamon is a great combination for almost all types of acne. This mixture conations some strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that will help to cure your chest acne. Mix 2-3 tsp of honey with same amount of cinnamon powder. Apply this mixture and leave it for 20 minutes before taking a shower.

6. Neem

Neem is a fabulous herb packed up with an antibacterial ingredient that will help you to get rid of chest acne. Use neem leaves making it a pest to treat your chest acne. You can also use neem soap, extract, oil tablets, and neem clay mask to get rid of chest acne.

7. Toothpaste
It is a common home remedy for acne removal. The toothpaste help dry out the acne which is caused by stimulated oil glands. Apply a thin layer on the acne affected area using a soft brush and keep it until it gets dry about 30 minutes. Wash the skin gently with cool water and repeat the process daily. Be careful in case it causes irritation.

8. Turmeric

Prepare a mixture of mint juice and turmeric powder. Apply this on affected areas and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Alternatively, apply a paste of turmeric powder with cream on the affected areas to treat chest acne. You may also apply a paste of one teaspoon of each turmeric powder and sandalwood powder with milk to cure chest acne.

9. Radish Seeds, Milk and Honey

Add one tablespoon of radish seeds, 1 tablespoon milk and one tablespoon honey and blend it properly to make a smooth paste. Apply a thick layer on the acne affected area on the skin and allow it to stay for two hours. Wash it with cool water and moisturize the surface nicely. It is used as a remedy for acne since long and proved to be very effective.  The paste may however be preserved up to 5 days under refrigeration in case you keep it in an airtight container.
