Another popular way to get rid of black spots on face is to apply a combination of one tablespoon of onion juice and two tablespoons of honey on the spots for about twenty minutes. 3.  Onion And Apple Cider Vinegar

The acids in the vinegar and onion work to reduce and reverse the oxidization of your skin that causes the dark brown spots, and also breaks up the melanin so that your sun spots and age spots or liver spots go away fast. 4. Papaya

Take the pulp of raw or ripe papaya and apply it on the skin and leave this face mask on your skin for about twenty minutes and then rinse it off. You can also use the skin of the papaya as an excellent scrub for knees and elbows.

5. Buttermilk

Lactic acid present in buttermilk is very good for your skin. Brown spots can be removed with the help of buttermilk. Apply some buttermilk on your brown spots with the help of a cotton swab and let it rest on for a couple of minutes and then wash it with plain water. If you are having oily skin or acne then, add a little lemon juice to the buttermilk before applying. Otherwise you can try mixing 4 tsps of buttermilk with 2 tsps of tomato juice before applying on the affected area. The spots start to fade by doing this regularly.
